At ESKraft, we strive to ensure that all products meet our quality standards. Orders under ₹200 are non-refundable and non-returnable. For orders above ₹200, customers may request a refund or replacement if the product is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet the described specifications.
To request a refund or replacement, customers should contact us via WhatsApp or email with their order details. Once the request is received, ESKraft will review the issue. Refunds or replacements are typically processed within one week for nearby customers, while deliveries to distant locations may take longer due to shipping times.
All items are inspected before dispatch to ensure quality. For products shipped via DTDC, the courier company is responsible for damages or loss during transit. For orders delivered personally by ESKraft, we assume responsibility for any issues during delivery.
Please note that refunds or replacements are applicable only when the product is verified as damaged, incorrect, or not as described. We do not offer refunds for personal preference changes or minor variations in color or pattern due to natural materials.
